Congratulations to everyone that took part in this event! We hope you enjoyed the run and we look forward to seeing you again in 2012!

Starting on Kew Green you will quickly join the riverside towpath running towards Richmond , entering a circuit of Old Deer Park with 5k water station , then returning to Kew Green via the towpath. Click here to view the course.

The Run is limited this year to 1,500 entrants so get all your friends together and come and join us - this will sell out soon !

There will be full supporting infrastructure with digital chip timing / screens , Start / Finish gantry , PA system , w.c. facilities , and full course and kilometre markings.

Runners will receive medals.

Trophies for individual male and female race winners and top individual and team fundraisers!

A raffle will take place at the event and Roko Health Clubs have confirmed as part of the raffle - 2 x 6 month memberships, 2 x 1 month memberships and 1 x 1 week membership!

Our sponsor , Roko Health Clubs , will provide stretching / massage facility and will support the River Run Raffle with a range of eye-catching prizes including free Club Memberships.

There will be food and drink concessions on Kew Green together with some attractions to keep young family and friends amused.
